Welcome to my blog! I hope you can find a home within these pages. If you're a hot-mess than you're in the right place.

Everything is changing.
This is going to be one of the biggest updates to-date.

Seriously, it’s crazy, but if you know me, crazy isn’t new.
Well, I hope you enjoy reading this.

Since I am done with the on-site portion of my schooling, there isn’t much keeping us around the area we are currently in.
We have been looking to move and we finally found a place!

We are locating to Waukesha/Brookfield area.
This will help Sam to be closer to work (and me too!) and us closer to family and friends.
We are super excited to be moving into our new place in August.
We better get packing because it’s almost here already!

That reminds me… anyone have any boxes they don’t want anymore?

This is hilarious, because last blog post was about me finishing up my 19 credits and talking about not knowing
what I was going to do after graduation.

I finished 19 credits (and some how managed to get on the Dean’s list again?!)
and now I know what I’m going to do after graduation…or a little before as well.

I am currently on my final 16 credits to complete my degree and it feels great!
It feels so close, yet so far away at the same time.
I have a month and a half left of classes.

Also, ummmm, I’m working somewhere now.
I took a job at my church and I’m super excited about that!
I honestly wasn’t thinking of looking to send out my resume until like another month
from now, but God’s timing is obviously different and better than mine.

I’'ll be part time until I graduate in early August.
I’m really excited to be a part of what God is doing at this church!

Today is my officially start date — wish me luck!

I’m sure you’re already piecing things together…

I’m pregnant.

I honestly do not know what else to say.
We are really excited, and very nervous, and very happy.

My mind goes to several places.
1. I’m so excited. I’ve always dreamt of being a mother. I love babies.
I love my husband, I can’t wait to see him be a Dad.
I’ve always wanted to be pregnant and be huge and feel and see my baby kick.
Like, I’m so excited for all those things!

2. I’m NERVOUS. I’m nervous to be overwhelmed by what people will say,
I’m nervous to give birth, I’m nervous to miscarry, I’m nervous to accidentally eat the wrong thing,
I’m nervous to be a mom, I’m healthily nervous. I don’t stress over these things,
but I’m just trying to be real real with you.

Well, that’s all the updating you’re going to get for a while.

Please keep Sam and I in your prayers as we navigate moving, me starting a job,
pregnancy, etc. It’s a wonderfully chaotic season we are in.
Thank you.
